Why rent a motor boat?

A motor boat is a fantastic way to explore great islands and secret beaches in just one day. It is a lifetime experience and we are excited to share it with you.

What is a skipper?

A skipper is a qualified boat driver who will captain your motor boat. He will be your driver and quide you to explore new spots and amazing tresures of Greek islands.

Why rent a skippered motor boat?

A skipper wil handle the boat for you, recommend routes, places to visit and he will make your holidays as relaxing as possible.

Who will be my skipper?

Your skipper will be a professional, friendly and experienced motor boat driver.

How many people are allowed onboard?

Each boat type has a specific maximum passenger and weight capacity that may not be exceeded at any time. Please refer to our fleet page to view the passenger capacity for each boat.

How old do i have to be to rent a motor boat?

You must be at least eighteen years old to be able to rent a motor boat, always skippered.

We are traveling with children. Is it safe to take a sea tour?

Absolutely. Motor boat rental is a fantastic experience for people of all ages. If children under the age of sixteen are among your group, please let us know so that we can ensure suitably sized life jackets.

Are animals allowed onboard

Usually animals are not allowed, but we love animals so much so if it is managable by its owner and it is a small pet it is fine by us.

What is the average fuel consumption?

For motor boats the major additional cost beyond the base charter fee will be fuel. We try to list on the site the fuel consumption per mile for each boat but it is extremely dificult to calculate it accurately before the trip as there are many factors that change the consumption like the weight (no of passengers), the wind and more. In our experience a typical charter will burn something between 2.5-3.5 lt/m.

Do i need to bring money with me?

You may need cash for a number of things on your motor boat rental. For example if you want to tip the skipper, pay for extra fuel cost that you have not paid in advance, or pull into a port where berthing fees are applicable.

Do i have to tip the captain?

If you are satisfied by the captain’s service during your tour and you would like give a tip it is customary to pay something between 5-15% of the total charter amount.
